Lameduck Pres. Aquino the 3rd credibility very low

His Excellency Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino the 3rd has become a lameduck president. Some say he was a lameduck from the beginning.

Advice as well as his very own actions to His Excellency the 3rd's frenzied determination to  succeed in kicking out the sitting Chief Justice of The Honorable, The Supreme Court,  Renato C. Corona, did not do well for the 3rd. Looming in the horizon is the inevitability that the 3rd will completely loose his convincing power to all the sectors of this country because of a declining credibility.

The 3rd's believability plunged down when a Senator, Honorable Sergio Rama Osmena III declared that the impeachment of The Honorable, The Chief Justice is null and void due to the admission of bribery of the Senators.

Previously, one of the icons of the Philippine Judiciary, a well-revered man of few words, superb intellect and sharp mind, the former The Honorable Chief Justice Reynato Puno stated in no uncertain terms that the impeachment by the 3rd and his bribed, paid-for allies in the disHonorable, The Senate of the Philippines, of the chief magistrate, was void.

Atty. Jose Roy dared the disHonorable Senate to confess its error and withdraw the contempt charges against him after the Department of Budget and Management implicitly admitted the bribe money given to the disHonorable Senators. Atty. Roy feels very vindicated.

If former chief of the judiciary Reynato Puno - now participating in debates over a people's initiative campaign to abolish pork barrel and Sen. Osmena will turn out to be correct, there will definitely be a Constitutional Crisis.

Such crisis is enough justification to remove an incumbent President, especially one who has entirely lost all of his integrity and credence, both as a public official and as a human being.

A man who presides over his rubber-stamp Cabinet and caucuses with his rubber-stamp disHonorable Congress and Senate, and keeps rushing them to file cases vs. the perceived enemies of the 3rd's administration, circle of friends, relatives and political party, with intense vengeance and the inherited vendetta from a late mother in his heart, is bound to lose his trustworthiness to his own consituents.

Instead of working hard as the former chief executive, His Excellency Fidel V. Ramos admonished all those in the public service, the 3rd never considered coming to Malacanang to work.

His only job was to relive the family's memories of living in Malacanang where the tributes in suitcases, crates, boxes coming from  foolish and greedy subjects out for big, fast money flowed to the Palace nearly everyday and the food and wine and other substances menu, among all other perks and benefits of being the First Family was excellent.

Now the man who wanted to come back to Malacanang has lost all of his justification for staying further in that place by the Pasig River. Small wonder that some political analysts say the signs, and the writings in the wall are very clear: the 3rd's star appears to be waning on the horizon. There is little time left, such that the frantic money making, budget padding, highly secret transfer of gold to foreign treasure chests is visible. The going of the 3rd cannot be stopped. But the departure of money that belongs to the people must not ever be allowed by the nation.

Let us all stop the implausible man from raiding the country's treasures now. Let us close the faucets of the pork barrel funds, most especially the gargantuan discretionary funds under the unscrupulous the 3rd and his incorrigible trusted circles with the KKK tattoo on their foreheads.

The zarzuela continues

This other turd of the mongoloidal species (the first and primary turd is of course the one with the numeric in his name, the 3rd), is all smiles as he presents his boss, disHonorable Frank Drilon-signed subpoena of Napoles. The zarzuela of blaming their big sins on small sinners continue.

Its a useless charade by people who don't deserve a dint of respect from the Filipino people. A close friend of this second turd, a member of the Congress during the presidency of Joseph Estrada and a former runner boy, water boy of past Pres. Fidel V. Ramos and Sen. Leticia Ramos Shahani, confessed he and the second turd were heavily into drugs in the past.

They were desperately addicted to the prohibited, dangerous substances that sometimes they don't even know themselves. A very good question comes to mind: does this turd actually know where he is and what he is doing? Is there hope for a country run by drug addicts and where drug lords finance on a large scale the operations of political parties like the one ruling this country right now?

To each his-her Cross to bear

For all the Filipinos living in this country, the pain is just too great in carrying upon their shoulders a corrupt government full of liars, clever thieves, illiterate nincompoops, retarded children in adult wardrobe, supported by a private sector and a notorious component of the fourth estate that is equally or often more corrupt and ruthless, and so many other kinds and breeds of mongrels and parasites hanging onto these vile creatures for the DAP, PDAF, Malampaya moneys and other funds from the blood sweat and tears of the people.

The village elders would shrug it off always as one's cross to bear; indeed in life, each and every one has a baggage to carry, a cross to bear.  But the feel of the weight of carrying these ugly, monstrous beings vomited by Hell no less, is too much.

To compound it all, the diverting of our national attention appears to have began. Already, about a day ago, it was all over the news that a bomb scare caused a huge traffic jam in the national capital region. Agence France Presss - AFP, having a high vantage view wrote the story that crawled all over the internet. (Photos at right : AFP photo)

For a backpack allegedly thrown upon the roof of a bus from a foot bridge (the throwing could actually have been done from one of tall buildings along Roxas Boulevard), policemen had to stop traffic and mount a supposed inspection-possible manhunt for a suspected bomber. (See AFP photo below on PNP inspection of vehicles.)

The scare turns out to be a false alarm. There was no bomb, but merely dirty rags inside the bag.  The dirty clothes are symbolic of the trapo - traditional politicians - who might have been just the right items to have fallen from the high footbridge or the top of the tall buildings at that vicinity.

The demonic forces will not stop at bomb scares. This will now appear to be the signal of worse things to come. If we don't beware and just wait for those bad things to happen, it is a wonder how we will survive meaningfully and not in desperation. The better thing to do is to attack the diablos, after all, why did the strategists say the best defense is offense?

Diversion

Truth is slowly coming out and placing the planners of the Napoles fund scam expose at the end of their wits, pained by the result of their own bright but notorious shenanigans.

The next anticipated move of the diabolic schemers that will come about is any of the following possible scenarios:

(1.)  blowing up of a movie theater, mall, church, business or government building
(2.)  setting fire to any of the establishments in no. 1
(3.)  killing of an administration person or a political opponent so that it will be both blamed on the opposition
(4.)  triggering an artificial catastrophic event by man-made efforts
(5.)  creating a basic commodity supply shortage
(6.)  terrorist attacks, killings
(7.)  communist raid, attacks, killings
(8.)  criminal syndicate wave of attacks
(9.)  building up an existing alternate campaign to a frenzy or just about any other "big, bad incident" that will catch the public eye

All of these acts can be committed at once in one shot. Or any one of combination of the acts can be undertaken. The purpose will be to divert the public's attention from Liberal Party, the First Family, Malacanang, cabinet, friends and smoking-shooting-drinking buddies of Mr. Aquino, on the issue of the PDAF, DAP, Malampaya and other thievery by government officials and their business sector counterparts.

The only time when all the demented dramatic productions of the perpetrators will stop is when they're all dead.

Portuguese nymphet o' war from Lima is Napoles Lawyer

What's wrong with this picture? It was already forecasted by quarters in the know that new information for the benefit of the National Bureau of Investigation, the Senate of the Philippines, the other law enforcement agencies and anti-graft bodies. Certainly, not the so-called inter-agency body shown below by Mr. Manolo Quezon.

Why? According to the new data that filtered through to us, because, during the time when Mr. Aquino was not even contemplating on running for President, the girl from Lima, called Ms. Leila sans driver, was the lawyer of Mr. and Mrs. Jaime and Janet Napoles. So the Luy whistling-blowing, is, ... false.

That's why. So who are these idiots fooling? They will see dirt they're peddling around splashing all over them, circulating all over the globe many times over. So, say the knowing quarters it's better for Mr. Aquino now and the girl from Lima to set the record straight: Why exactly did you do what you did?

After keeping this husband and wife team in your sequestration and own stable preparing for this shit throwing, why did you still have that courage to proceed? Now that your own scam via the DAP and this have been uncovered, are you not afraid of what the people's verdict will be?

Do you not foresee that a dark hatted person will knock at the foot of your bed and pull you through your legs to Kingdom come? You still have to invent a new name called NEP to replace PDAF? Nakupo NEP NEP mo.

Was it not enough that in nearly 99% of your cabinet meetings, you scold the entire cabinet, as if they are stupid, moronic retards and keep ranting: "Wala pa ba kayong nafa-file na kaso diyan DENR? O DOF? DILG? Kaso!!! Kaso!!! COA? Kaso!!!..." and so on, ad hominem. You had to go through this teledrama and suffering the people of the foul scripted language dished by you and your media doctors.

What kind of animal is this government anyway? Is it taking 2.26 trillion of the taxpayers' money just for that shit: "Kaso!!! Kaso!!!" So there the girl from Lima had to haul her ass and pretend there was a real "Kaso!!! Kaso!!!" and even if it hurt a lot of people, including her own boss whose own penchant for "Kaso!!! Kaso!!!" hit him with a big blackeye with the DAP. Now he will be the one facing the people who will be shouting, "Kaso!!! Kaso!!!"

NBI, please file the complaint first thing in the morning. The bad compatriots, the girl from Lima, fellow moronic subalterns, their spiritually and psychologically challenged boss and the artist of the quaint picture below with the faces of bad asses has been making pitiful tarantados and hopeless luko-lukos of all of you.

OMG! Abogada pala si girl ni baboy naniwala naman kayong mga naulol na mga bata. Aguuy! Aguuy!

Noynoy government cannot account for P130-B Malampaya Fund (full text below from inquirer)

Recto insists P130B Malampaya Fund gone

Philippine Daily Inquirer

MANILA, Philippines—Sen. Ralph Recto on Thursday asked the administration why at least P130 billion of the Malampaya Fund had remained unspent, if it was true, as Budget Secretary Florencio Abad claimed, that the money was intact.
At the same time, Recto stood pat on the findings of his own study that showed P130 billion in cash from the Malampaya Fund, which are royalties paid out of a natural gas project off Palawan, “are gone.”
“There is no cash,” he said, belying the claim of National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon on Wednesday that the Malampaya Fund was intact.
“Their statement is misleading that [the] funds are intact, when I know the cash is used to support the GAA [General Appropriations Act or the national budget],” Recto said in a text message.
“If there is P137 billion available, why are we not spending it? Don’t we have a mechanism like the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), etc.?” Recto said.
With the fund growing and its disposition still governed by a 40-year-old Marcos presidential decree that sets it aside for energy resource projects and for whatever purposes are directed by the President, Recto said there was need for a new law to govern how it is spent.
“What we need to do is write a new law. The fund is P137 billion and growing,” he said.
“We have seen how Malampaya [funds] may be used. It’s time to amend the 40-year-old presidential decree to clarify its purpose and authority,” Recto added.
Last week, the Department of Justice filed a plunder complaint against former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and three of her Cabinet officials, alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles, and other alleged conspirators in the alleged misuse of P900 million from the Malampaya Fund in 2009.
Recto last Monday asked the Department of Budget and Management to explain where P130 billion in royalties from the Malampaya natural gas project was spent.
“If you ask the DBM about the P130 billion that we have collected in cash, it’s gone,” Recto told reporters after a budget hearing on Monday.
Abad responded that all appropriations from the Malampaya Fund and the balances were all accounted for by the national treasurer.
“There is no P130 billion missing. I am sure of that,” Abad said.
However, Recto citing a letter written to him by Abad on July 5, 2011, when the senator sought an explanation on how the Malampaya funds were being used, quoted Abad as saying: “No cash sitting in bank. And will have to borrow when they spend for projects under Malampaya.”—Norman Bordadora

Philippine Star: Wasted DAP money could have saved Zamboanga

The stolen DAP (Disbursement Acceleration Program) money could have been enough or more than what will be required to rehabilitate Zamboanga City.

Philippine Star says as a solution, congressmen and the Department of Budget and Management will no longer be taking out DAP money and instead redirect the funds to Zamboanga City. So what Mr. Abad? The original lost DAP money can no longer be recovered.

How very conscientious this move by those wonderful people indeed. However, even if the originally misplaced DAP funds can no longer be returned by thieving politicians and the master thief of them all, the occupant of the house by the Pasig River, there ought to be sanctions and these sanctions must not be light, like we're treating special mongoloid children with kid gloves. Poverty haunts this country, even more so during this administration. The occurrence of death, illness, starvation, because of the lack of money among the poorest of the poor, is very frequent. You will be shocked at how long the waiting lines of the impoverished are that seek free medical assistance at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office at the Lung Center Annex Building in Quezon City.

It is, as COA Chairman Grace Pulido Tan describes as, kahindik hindik. And yet, too many of the patients being sought assistance for just die because of red tape, charity fund quotas, priority assistance for the children, relatives and friends of Congressmen, Senators, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and high ranking officials with the relatives of the beneficiaries of such behest guarantee payments giving large amounts of cash gifts, delicious food gifts, jewelries, among other bribes to the government Charity organization just to speed the processing of their huge medical benefits.

Despite the DAP, the PDAF and other stolen money, these animal, merciless politicians and bureaucrats still have to compete with the poor in taking out charity medical assistance from PCSO. When ever will their greed and corrupt ways ever stop? Too ruthless, too cruel, too cold. For their own welfare, but possibly for their own coming demise as well.

Cebu - Ang Matuwid na Daan - Disappeared

Recently, during a short vacation to Cebu it was revealed that the Matuwid na Daan (straight path) had completely disappeared.

This was due to the misconception that since straight in Cebu means tarong (straight, erect or upright), and also stands for eggplant in that place, when Mr. Noynoy Aquino brought the matuwid na daan to Cebu, they did this to Noynoy's tarong:

They believed that Noynoy's tarong tasted very good after roasting and spicing with roasted red bell pepper.

Cordilleras - Ang Matuwid na Daan, Pagtutuwad

Small farmers in Cordillera say that they are tired of hearing the politicians stole the money of tax payers. As a sign of disgust, they asked their brothers and cousins living in other places to execute a protest act. The protest acts happened in many places. The author of reynaelena.com provided images of the execution:
